Hmm, I think it depends on where you're located. For Europe it's usually pretty quick, like a few days to a week. If you're stateside though, that might be a different story. Never ordered there from the US myself.

Yeah, they only sell authentic items, don't worry about that. It literally says so in their FAQs too, somewhere under general questions I think. They're a big outlet in Germany, wouldn't risk their rep with fakes.
